How much is delivery?

There is no charge for delivery to our customers for deliveries within standard delivery times.

I am having a function and don’t know how much to order – are you able to help me?

Most definitely. All you need to do is contact us and one of our liquor specialists will be in touch to ensure you have the right quantities of everything for your function.

Can I order a catalogue?

Yes you can. All you need to do is either call us or fill out the enquiry form by clicking here and we will send you one.

Do you have a price list that you can send me?

We don’t have a price list that we can send you, however we do have online ordering available that includes pricing for  all items. If you would like a login for this please contact us.

What if I need my order delivered cold for a function?

That isn’t a problem at all. All you need to do is let us know when you need it and we will have it there by that time.

If you would like to hire tubs so that you can keep your drinks on ice we can deliver that for you also.

All you have to do is ask.

Can I pick up my order from you?

With the exception of alcohol you can pick up your order from us if you are in urgent need of your items. This will require you to call first to ensure that we have stock of the products you are ordering, and it enables us to have your order for you when you arrive.

If I place my order today when will it arrive?

If you place your order by 5:00pm your order will arrive the following business day.

If you would like to order milk, it needs to be in by 2:00pm the day before you need it.

For bakery items such as bread we require 48 hours notice.

I can’t find the product I am looking for – what can I do now?

If you have tried looking for the item using the search feature and you still can’t find it, you can contact us and we will let you know if we stock it or if we can get it for you.

If it isn’t an item that we stock we will do our best to source the product for you.

Is the website the same as your product catalogue?

The website may contain slightly different products to the catalogue as it is updated more frequently.

I was delivered the wrong item – can I return it?

You certainly can. All you need to do is contact us to let us know that you have received the wrong item/s and we will organise for the incorrect ones to be picked up and for the correct ones to be delivered.

How do I know if there is stock currently available for an item I want to order?

We have a no backorder policy so you can be confident that we will always have stock of a product that you are after. If on the odd chance we don’t have stock we will let you know prior to delivering your order so a substitute may be chosen.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay by Credit Card, over the phone, EFT, or by Cheque.

I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

You just need to let us know prior to us delivering the goods and we can cancel it for you.
