  • Q: How much is delivery?

    There is no charge for delivery for orders over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a $20 delivery fee and will be charged to the final invoice.

  • Q: What payment methods do you offer?

    You can pay by Credit Card, EFT, or by Cheque.

  • Q: I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

    You will need to cancel before 2pm the day before your delivery - i.e. before 2pm the day prior for Melbourne CBD and before 2pm, 2 business days prior for all other areas of Melbourne and Sydney.

  • Q: I am having a function and don't know how much to order - are you able to help me?

    Most definitely. All you need to do is contact us and one of our product specialists will be in touch to ensure you have the right quantities of everything for your function.

  • Q: What if I need my beverage order delivered cold for a function?

    That isn't a problem at all.
    All you need to do is let us know when you need it and we will have it there by that time, prechilled and delivered in one of our refrigerated vans. If you would like to hire tubs so that you can keep your beverages on ice we can deliver that for you also.
    All you have to do is ask.

  • Q: Do you have a price list that you can send me?

    We don't have a price list that we can send you, however we do have online ordering available that includes pricing for all items. If you would like a login to access pricing please contact us.

  • Q: Can I pick up my order from you?

    With the exception of alcohol, you can pick up your order from us if you are in urgent need of your items. This will require you to call first to ensure that we have stock of the products you are ordering, and it enables us to have your order for you when you arrive. This option is only available in Melbourne.

  • Q: If I place my order today when will it arrive?

    Please place your order by 2pm the day before your next delivery day in Melbourne CBD and 2 business days for other locations. We will ensure your order will be delivered to you quickly and efficiently - so you can get back to business.

  • Q: I can't find the product I am looking for - what can I do now?

    If you have tried looking for the item using the search feature on our website and you still can't find it, you can contact us and we will let you know if we stock the item.

  • Q: I was delivered the wrong item - can I return it?

    You certainly can. All you need to do is contact us to let us know that you have received the wrong item/s and we will organise for the incorrect ones to be picked up and for the correct ones to be delivered.

  • Q: How can I place orders with Unifour?

    Complete your details on the registration page and we will be in touch to set up an account for your business. You can then order the products you need on our website.

  • Q: How do I know if there is stock currently available for an item I want to order?

    While we do everything possible to prevent backorders, if on the odd chance we don't have stock, we will let you know before delivering your order so a substitute may be chosen.

  • Q: Can I order a catalogue?

    We don't have a printed catalogue however, you can view our full range of products online here.
